Nurses Unit:
Medical professionals that are dedicated to serving God by meeting the medical needs of members during worship service.  These men and women are quick thinking and spiritually grounded and act accordingly in emergencies with the help gifts God has given to them. “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”  Hebrews 4:16

Hostess Committee: 
Organization designed to bridge the gap between visitors and members by greeting guest worshippers and making them feel comfortable and welcomed in the house of the Lord.  Hostesses facilitate the fellowship of guests with the members of MMBC so that all may come together to worship on one accord. “Fulfill ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.” Philippians 2:2

Green Thumb Ministry:
Comprised of men and women devoted to the beautification and sanctification of the exterior of God’s house, including removing trash and debris as well as planting flowers, grass, and trees.  “And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.”  Psalms 90:17

Men’s Fellowship:  
The Mighty Men of Miller are motivated to serve God in magnanimous ways, praising him for his marvelous works and simultaneously addressing the gender specific roles of men in Christ.

Cafeteria Ministry: 
Troop of men and women that attend to the physical needs of the congregation; providing meals between services and for luncheons and banquets.  This ministry uses their culinary gift to provide nourishment to the body so that congregants may be receptive to the spiritual sustenance that God provides.
“I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.” John 6:35

Ushers of Miller Memorial Baptist Church:  
Ministers of hospitality and care that escort members and visitors to their seats and are in charge of distributing service materials and collecting tithes and offerings for the uplifting of God’s kingdom.
Sunbeam Ushers: Children between the ages of 5 and 18 growing in the ministry of hospitality and spirituality.
Men’s Ushers: Faithful men who provide a sincere smile and assistance to all those who enter God’s house.
Pioneers Ushers: Women devoted to service and welcoming all members and guests.
Senior Ushers: Seasoned members who are gifted in the help ministries and choose to serve God by Maintaining order in His sanctuary.  
“Share with God’s people that are in need; practice hospitality.” Romans 12:13
